500 to 600 MPH. The object (or objects) appeared to be traveling in a
definite arc rather than straight, end as soon as one was out of sight,
another would appear behind it but not always in the same path One seemed
to come estraight up. The view of its source was obstructed by a nearby
house but upon reaching the altitude of approximately 2000 ft it started off
in the same direction as the others. Sergeant Livingston says that he did
not at any time see more than one object at a time, and tho it could have
been one object it was his personal opinion that there were seven to ten
objects. The discs were silent and appeared composed of single light.

a. Lt. FRICKs reported observing an unidentified flying object in the im-
mediate vicinity of Biggs Air Force Base, Texas. The object seen appeared to be met-
shape or configu-
ration of the object sighted. Source was of the opinion that the object had at least
one flat surface, due to the fact that in the course of the "maneuvers" of the ob ject,
it frequently reflected·sunlight. Ths source stated that he observed no vapor trails,
exhaust, means of propulsion or other such identifying features. Source was unable to
make an estimate of the object's spaed or altitude, although he was of the opinion that
the object at a "considerable" altitude, ard several times traveled at a high rate
of speed. most significant aspect of the object's behavior was a frequent, but not significant aspect of the object's behavior was a frequent, but not

vation continuously unti ST - a total ten (10)
